Finishin' up for the week

Another amazing day at longridge. Today we had a great start to the day with a time of praising God through song and hearing about the Word of God. That was followed by our Longridge olympics. This included a first annual greased pole climb and tug of war over a giant mud pit. We had a great time at the lake including a canoe tug of war. After the lake we had the ever famous Lonridge chicken night at dinner with all the good fixens (a personal favorite of mine). Tonight we learned about the challenge that it can be to follow Christ and what we can do to meet that challenge. The night was concluded with a great movie and of course, the ever-famous thursday night ice cream.
