The first youth week is underway. Registration went very well today. We have laughed and had tons of fun with the team activities. My favorite game today was the "human ladder". The guys were very manly this afternoon holding some wooden sticks as the girls in the group crawled across the ladder. I have to say I never knew teenagers could work together so well. THere is nothing like seeing team work and cooperation taking place. Tonight in are team rooms we played some fun ice breaker games. THe red team played a fun trust fall game, a name game, and then a little question and answer time. Worship service was amazing. Alan Daniels and the band led the students and staff in several songs where we were able to praise God. Mr Frank spoke our of 2kinds tonight about avoiding the poisonous gords in our lives. Very very practical and effective I along with the students received a lot out of todays message. Our night activity was some team volleyball. I must say the red teams lost to the orange team after a hard game. Well now we are heading to bed. We must get our rest in order to recieve the most fun possible out of tuesday.
