Today begins the last of our three youth camps. The summer has flown by, but it has been filled with the never-ceasing working of God's hand. And this week holds the same, if not more, promise.

Today started like an other Monday: staff waking up rather early to clean-up and get the camp ready for the 140 campers here this week. And, as the work finished and the students arrived, excitement filled the air. This week God will work. This week God will change lives.

In chapel tonight, Frank urged students, workers, and staff alike to look into the "pots" of their lives and see if there are any "rotten gourds" that can spoil the work God has begun. Among these rotten gourds are pornography, pre-marital sex, alcohol, drugs, false doctrine, false decisions, and unbelief. Any little hint of these things in our lives can ruin even the best of Christians.

This message was a perfect start to our last youth week. With thoughts of how our lives need to be inspected and changed, I believe we are all open to God's working throughout the rest of this week. Keep us in your prayers; with great anticipation, we look forward to how God will move in this place, even in the next few moments.
